Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We’ll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. The good news is we offer One Delivery Fee for orders above a certain threshold – this means you can order multiple pieces from multiple locations for one fee. You’ll see the delivery fee at the checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send it within 2 business days. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, delivery can take 7-15 business days. If you ordered from multiple JordanTH brands and partner boutiques, your items will arrive separately. We’ll email you with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.

Online orders can sometimes come from different warehouses or in batches. If you only receive part of your shipment, don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking on the rest of the items soon.

A domestic customer should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 days of purchase. An international customer should receive a confirmation email within 5-7 days of purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, it may have been sent there.
There are two things that can be happening. 1) The shipment is being processed currently or 2) The carrier missed the initial scan when they picked up your order. Tracking will be updated as soon as the carrier scans the shipment. If it does not update for multiple days please contact [email protected] to locate your order.

Although we don’t have any control over price variation, we’ll always offer you the best price available to your destination when you place your order.

hen you complete a checkout, your credit card company puts an authorization for the order amount on your card. This money has not been paid to JordanTH; rather your card company has put a hold on it for you while you check out. If your address information fails to validate (maybe your shipping and billing addresses aren’t the same), then your payment will be declined. Your credit card company will release the authorization between 3-5 business days after it is made depending on your bank. If you attempt to checkout multiple times, your card will be authorized multiple times.

You can receive a refund if we at JordanTH made an error. If you are refunding because of something not in our control we will not be able to cover return shipping expenses. Other fees my-apply, when submitting a refund. For full details check out our Returns Page.
If you wish to cancel your order, we will do our best to do so; however, once the order is acknowledged by our warehouse, it’s more difficult to stop the process.
All cancellations and returns are subject to a $15.00 cancellation or return fee.
We offer a refund on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs. You can use our Free Collection service to return any unwanted items.

It’s best to book your collection within 7 days of delivery — this is to make sure your package arrives within the required time frame. We are unable to process exchanges and all returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached. All designer boxes or cases that came with your order must be included with your return. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund. Here’s what you need to do:
- Contact us within 14 days to request for address after you made the purchase at jordanth.com.
- Repackage your order, please remember to include the proof of your purchasing and other accessories.
- Go to your local post office and get your package shipped. Please remember to ask for the shipping receipt.
- Email us the copy of the shipping receipt and we will refund your order only after we receive your return parcel.
You can track your return by using the tracking number assigned to your Return Label. As soon as it’s accepted by our brand or partner boutique, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Orders that haven’t been shipped or scanned by the carrier won’t show up on the tracking page. Please allow 3-5 business days for this information to appear.
During hot release days, order confirmation emails can be delayed, and sometimes end up in your spam folder. As long as you received an order number during checkout then your order did go through. Save your order number for your records and in case you need to contact us.
